Conceived to provide affordable, stylish accommodation for guests who are looking for an active escape, PGA Catalunya is launching a new concept in the shape of Caddy Rooms, a boutique hotel set to open on 1st April 2018. Here, front desk check-in is a thing of the past and in-room entertainment a vision of the future. Guests can check-in via our dedicated hotel app or at the iPads conveniently located at the bar. Digital room keys allow rooms to be instantly accessible, while check-out has been done away with, allowing guests to pack and leave with minimal fuss. In-room futuristic gadgets ranging from high tech audio-visual systems, lightning speed WiFi and a bespoke golf club storage area ensures a completely seamless stay.

Although ultra-modern technology is one of the property’s key features, we haven’t skimped on those all-important creature comforts. Each room has a private balcony boasting views over the greens and beyond, where guests can kick back with an ice cold beer in hand. “Caddy Rooms will attract those with a millennial mind-set who want a social and flexible hotel environment without compromising on style or substance,” explains Markus Laahanen, director of operations. “It was created in response to the needs of the modern-day traveller, a boutique hotel that offers a fresh new vision of the resort experience.”

With this in mind, the communal areas provide vibrant spaces where guests can linger. In Ciro restaurant, classic Italian pizzas and salads are served in a bright and breezy dining room, while on sunny days the menu can be enjoyed around the pool. Premium cocktails, craft beers and an international selection of wines can be enjoyed at the bar or on the roof terrace. Guests at Caddy Rooms will also have access to the resort’s other facilities including the restaurants at neighbouring Hotel Camiral, as well as the two award-winning golf courses.

These 50 state-of-the-art rooms start from €120 per night. For more information see
